Starting from: $74,628.25 About the role Duties Managing inquiries, book inspections for the Senior Officer Leasing, and support leasing administration. Help the Senior Office Leasing in coordinating access to premises for the documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and marketing preparation. Serve as a point of contact for existing tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Assist in the data collection for the preparation and execution of lease agreements and contracts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Check advertising of vacant premises, collate reporting on data for premises and tenant enquiries. Support the Senior Officer Leasing as an alternate contact for all tenant communications e.g. breach notices, City work disruptions etc. Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure a smooth tenant experience e.g. Finance, Property. Administration duties include logging requests, meeting deadlines, keeping comprehensive records. The leasing and licensing extend to community assets and commercial property, airport, endowment, other marketable commercial spaces and community and clubs. Who we are Looking for: To be considered for this position, you will need Ability to work independently but also with multiple stakeholders WA Real estate License and experience in commercial property management Current Property Management Registration (with up-to-date CPD points). Strong customer service standards and ability to negotiate Local knowledge of commercial markets and preferred real estate/local network connects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Current satisfactory National Police Clearance.
