About the Role We're seeking a Cabinet Maker / Drafter to join a busy and well-established joinery team in Greenacre. This position suits a cabinet maker wanting to step into drafting, or a junior drafter with strong on-the-tools experience who understands how joinery is put together. You'll work closely with production and workshop teams to turn concepts into accurate, build-ready drawings using AutoCAD and TopSolid. Projects span high-end residential and commercial joinery, offering excellent exposure and room for development. Tasks & Responsibilities Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD & TopSolid Interpret architectural plans, specifications and site measurements Assist in preparing build-ready, detailed drawings for manufacture Collaborate with production to resolve design or construction queries Support workshop teams during fabrication when required Apply practical joinery knowledge to improve design accuracy Skills & Experience Hands-on cabinet making experience essential Strong understanding of joinery construction and assembly Basic experience in AutoCAD or TopSolid (or similar drafting software) Ability to interpret architectural and workshop drawings High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Great communication and ability to work with workshop teams Full Australian working rights Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $80,000-$100,000 Super Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm Long-term, stable role with ongoing projects Supportive team willing to train and upskill the right candidate Opportunity to grow drafting capabilities while using hands-on experience About the Company We are partnering with a respected Sydney joinery business known for its quality craftsmanship and detailed custom work across residential and commercial projects.
