You’ll deliver commercial, people-focused solutions that drive engagement, manage risk, and drive growth. From guiding leaders through employee relations and industrial processes to leading strategic people projects, your influence will be felt across the organisation. You’ll also collaborate with our broader HR team, including specialists in Workplace Relations, OD, Performance, Reward, Analytics, and Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities Collaborate with Operational leadership teams to provide generalist PCC consultancy, support and advice on a wide range of human resource management matters Align people strategies with business goals and build plans to deliver results.
