UGL have an opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team on a gas delivery project in Karratha. As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator, your focus will be to create and sustain synergies with all stakeholders, achieve alignment in value perceptions, and develop robust business systems, processes, and tools to improve delivery outcomes for the UAJV Contract. In this role, you will be expected to advance the management and continuous improvement systems, incorporating technology, innovation and industry best practice and contribute the deployment of these solutions. About the role: · Monday – Friday · 45 Hours Per week · Perth CBD Office About you: · Certified in Lean principles or the ability to demonstrate these skills. · Customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven · Able to adapt to workplace change, to learn quickly and to put new skills and knowledge to use · Degree qualified in a management-based discipline. · Strong networking and relationship building skills, with a focus on collaboration and influencing. · Business understanding and commercial acumen, supported by solid continuous improvement skills. · Achievement and action orientated with a strong service focus and well-developed execution skills. · Understanding of and the ability to apply contemporary and innovative practices. · Ability to manage competing demands and stakeholders.
