Management of all labour & equipment resources on site including timesheets, payrolling, roster planning, training & daily operations. Management & coordination of all incidents in field. Partaking in safety leadership activities. Conducting of landfill/workshop inspections. Requirements : Experience in a FIFO site supervisor or leading hand role - HR License Required. Experience in waste management, Civil construction, or Transport logistics. ( Min 2 years) Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor’s Training ( Must have) Knowledge and experience with implementing effective safe start, stop work & toolbox procedures. Work in accordance with site policies & procedures. Resource Planning / Project Management experience preferred. Great communication skills. Ability to problem solve.
