About the Role As the Retail Pharmacy Manager, you'll take full responsibility for leading and developing a high-performing team within a busy community pharmacy. Working closely alongside the pharmacist owner, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong commercial performance, and a positive team environment. Responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of 10 employees to achieve sales and service excellence Overseeing daily store operations including rosters, budgets, and stock management Maintaining compliance, safety, and professional presentation standards Managing KPIs and driving store performance through data and insight Building genuine customer relationships with a focus on care, wellbeing, and community trust Partnering closely with the pharmacist owner to ensure operational alignment and team success The Ideal Candidate You're an experienced retail leader who combines operational know-how with a passion for people and health.
