Based in Broadbeach, they value craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration. The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join the in-house design and delivery team. You’ll play a key role supporting project managers and site teams with accurate documentation, technical detailing, and design coordination across residential homes. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural & construction drawings for council, certification, and construction Convert concept designs into fully resolved documentation Maintain project documentation and drawing registers Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy Support revisions, mark-ups, and buildability reviews Ensure compliance with NCC, QBCC, and Australian Standards Skills & Experience 3–5 years drafting experience at a Project/Home Builder in Australia Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, and compliance pathways in QLD Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join?
