This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of enrolments, administrative processes, and daily school operations. As the school continues to grow—welcoming an average of 20 new students each term—the workload is varied and engaging, offering plenty of opportunities to use your initiative, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to ongoing improvements. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the admissions and enrolment process from initial enquiry through to commencement Managing student records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality Providing high-quality administrative support across the school, including reception duties, correspondence, and general office tasks Liaising warmly and professionally with prospective families, staff, and external stakeholders Assisting with key school events, tours, and onboarding activities Ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, growing environment What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail A positive, team-focused attitude—someone who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team with lots of laughs Experience in a school setting and familiarity with Compass (highly advantageous) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset Availability between 12 January and 20 February is essential due to peak enrolment activity Why Join Us?
