Our Customer, Marketing and Digital Transformation team are looking for a Retail Marketing and Brand Experience Consultant . The Retail Marketing and Brand Experience Consultant is responsible for the development and implementation of all BMW Group Financial Services brand and retail marketing activity. The role plays a key part in managing our omni channel activity and delivering an exceptional customer experience through our marketing activity and initiatives. What awaits you? You will be responsible for managing and creating all BMW Financial and Insurance brand and retail content across BMW, MINI, and Motorrad websites, ensuring engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the BMW Financial Services brand strategy, maintaining brand consistency and advocacy across all touchpoints and marketing assets. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve business targets and uphold brand standards. You will own the planning and execution of key Financial Services brand events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with the National Sales Company initiatives and budget adherence. You will coordinate and monitor dealership point of sale (POS) materials for accuracy, compliance and drive ongoing enhancements. What should you bring along? Formal qualification in a related discipline, including Business or Commerce (Marketing), or Arts (Public Relations or Communications, preferably with a Marketing focus) desirable. Demonstrated experience in brand and event management, preferably within the Financial Services and/or Automotive industries, with agency experience in the Automotive Financial Services sector also highly desirable. Familiarity with Reg 234 and an understanding of Credit Advertising Guidelines necessary. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively and build strong relationships. Solid project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time. Proven analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. What do we offer?
