Employee Recognition Responsibilities include: Ensure all production areas, tools, and machinery are sanitized and functioning correctly prior to beginning daily operations, following food safety and workplace hygiene standards. Inspect and measure ingredients to confirm freshness, quality, and correct quantities before starting preparation. Combine and process ingredients by mixing, kneading, portioning, and shaping products according to recipe specifications and production requirements. Prepare a variety of savoury and sweet fillings, sauces, and mixtures to meet daily production needs and maintain consistent flavour profiles. Regulate and monitor cooking equipment, temperatures, and production times to achieve consistent results and meet quality standards. Organize and oversee the sequence of production activities, including dough preparation, forming, filling, cooking, cooling, and packing processes. Apply finishing steps as required, such as glazing, seasoning, or product checks, to ensure each item meets presentation and quality expectations. Operate and maintain food-production equipment, including mixers and other machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of trays, utensils, containers, and equipment after each use. Work collaboratively with the production and kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow, minimize waste, and uphold the quality and authenticity of all Latin-inspired products. To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate: Certificate III in patisserie Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong attention to detail.
