About the Role NHR Staffing Group is expanding! We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Health Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) . If you’re passionate about connecting talented healthcare professionals with leading organisations across Western Australia, this is the perfect opportunity to put your recruitment and relationship-building skills to work in a supportive, people-focused environment. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from developing client partnerships to sourcing and placing quality candidates — all while being backed by a collaborative, high-performing team that values excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare sector (predominantly nursing and care roles) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and partner organisations Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through proactive search strategies Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent Support business development activities to help grow our network and client base Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment standards About You Previous experience in 360 recruitments , ideally within healthcare or a related industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-driven approach Motivated, results-oriented , and committed to delivering outstanding service Organised and adaptable , with the ability to manage multiple priorities A positive team player who values collaboration, integrity, and professionalism Must have PR or Citizenship.
