About the Role: We’re looking for experienced Support Workers with strong skills in supporting participants with behaviours of concern and autism. If you’re passionate about helping people live with choice, independence, and confidence, we’d love to hear from you. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, weekend, and non-active sleepover shifts. To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring: Experience with personal care Implement positive behaviour support strategies Experience supporting people with extreme behaviours of concern Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English Experience working with Autism A willingness to work non- active sleepovers, weekends and various other shifts throughout the week Due to client preference Female support workers need only apply Must have at least 12 months of prior experience We welcome applicants who have a strong understanding of Australian culture and communication styles, who can build comfortable, trusting relationships with our participants and their families.
