We’re seeking an experienced Financial Crime Policy & Program Specialist to support the uplift of AML/CTF frameworks, policies, programs, and risk assessments across the organisation. This project is high-visibility, fast-moving, and offers the chance to directly contribute to one of Australia’s most significant transformation programs in the financial crime space. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead or support the development and uplift of AML/CTF policies, programs, and procedures Review, enhance, and document enterprise-wide financial crime frameworks Conduct and support ML/TF risk assessments aligned with regulatory expectations Provide Line 2 advisory guidance to business stakeholders Ensure alignment with current reforms, regulatory changes, and AUSTRAC obligations Collaborate with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, and project teams About You To succeed, you will bring: Line 2 financial crime advisory experience (essential) Strong technical understanding of AML/CTF obligations, financial crime risk, and program documentation Experience in financial services, consulting, or a regulatory environment Proven ability to work in complex, fast-paced program environments Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills Availability to commence in December Australian financial crime experience is mandatory What’s on Offer Immediate start with a leading organisation High-impact project within a critical reform program Competitive daily rate (discussed on application) Opportunity to extend beyond the initial 8-month engagement Work alongside senior financial crime and transformation specialists How to Apply If you’re available from December and have the required AML/CTF advisory experience, we’d love to hear from you.
