A bout the Team You will join a tight knit and highly collegiate P&C team comprising 12 people who provide HR support to the firm nationally. We work in a fast-paced environment and the team are well respected for their responsive, helpful and caring approach, and for delivering strategic advice and projects to the business. The group work together effectively to meet the needs of the firm and our people, and you will be able to leverage the knowledge and expertise of other team members to continually develop as a HR professional. A bout the Role We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Adviser or Manager to join our Perth office. This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of P&C areas such as: recruitment people & performance management including performance reviews, disciplinary & grievance processes; L&D initiatives; participation in P&C projects such as health & wellbeing, D&I, engagement, leadership development, reward & recognition; vacation clerk & graduate programs; and policy & compliance areas such as WH&S. We are open to either part-time (3 or 4 days per week) or full-time candidates. A bout you We’re seeking someone with: relevant tertiary qualifications; a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail; and skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
