Project Support Officer - VPS3 – Ongoing As the Project Support Officer in the Program Design and Delivery team, you will support the team to deliver high quality learning and development initiatives. What you'll do Provide high-quality administrative and project support, e.g. maintaining project trackers, drafting correspondence, enquiry management Support the coordination and delivery of stakeholder-facing activities, e.g. events, meetings, surveys, enquiry management Contribute to building strong working relationships with other areas of the VPSC and other key stakeholders Support team operations including procurement, contracts,data and record-keeping. The role is well-suited to someone who is adaptable, works well under pressure, is solution-focused and eager to contribute to continuous improvement in team processes and outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint, and Teams. One or more of the following will be highly regarded: Experience using CRMs or customer enquiry software. Experience in roles involving close support of stakeholders/customers.
