In this high-trust role, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand, ensuring operations run smoothly and enabling the executive team to focus on strategic priorities. You’ll manage traditional EA duties for the CEO, coordinate travel for the ELT, oversee board administration and office management, and make a visible impact across the business What’s in it for you? The Role: Oversee the CEO’s inbox, prioritising correspondence and flagging emails that require urgent attention; Manage the diaries of the CEO and CFO, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving scheduling issues; Coordinate all travel for the executive team; Take ownership of board meetings, including: Managing and collating board papers; Preparing and circulating agendas; Overseeing the annual board diary; and Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel for attendees. Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, and other materials; Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; and Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and welcoming guests on behalf of the CEO. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record supporting C-suite executives; Experience in preparing and managing board papers is highly desirable; Previous exposure to ASX-listed companies would be an advantage; Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently; and Strong commercial awareness and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
