This role requires a leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly. This is a unique one-off leadership role with a progressive aged care provider who is seeking a leader with passion who will work in collaboration with the executive team. Key responsibilities : Day to day operational management of the accredited facility Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation Lead, manage staff to continue to achieve high standards Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager or Acting Facility Manager working within residential Aged Care Current AHPRA Registration desirable Responsible for AN-ACC and occupancy Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance Understanding of day-to-day operational management of a facility Knowledge of financial management and budgeting Change management experience Demonstrated leadership and management skills Excellent communication and relationship skills What you can expect in return: Up to $165K (depending on experience) Super $16K Salary Packaging Progressive aged care provider A role with genuine work / life balance Support from the Executive Management Team Opportunity to put your mark on the facility Participate in leadership initiatives Immediate interviews - so please send your resume by clicking 'Apply Now'.
