About the Role: We’re looking for caring and capable Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, active night, and non-active sleepover shifts across a variety of high intensity support needs. To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring: Experience with personal care and full hoist transfers Skills in complex bowel care and catheter management Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management Understanding of diabetes care and subcutaneous injections Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern and mental health challenges Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English to ensure clear and safe care Experience with spinal injuries, quadriplegia, PEG feeding, or autism (highly regarded) A willingness to work sleepovers, active nights, and weekends Experience supporting participants with complex care needs We welcome applicants who have a strong understanding of Australian culture and communication styles, who can build comfortable, trusting relationships with our participants and their families.
