Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and deliver accurate management accounts. Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and intercompany transactions. Manage rental asset accounting and maintain inventory registers. Mentor and guide an offshore accounting team to deliver high-quality outputs. Drive process improvements and system integrity across platforms like Xero, AroFlo, Cin7, Intellievent, Power BI, and Excel. Act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents, and banks. ✅ What You Bring 4 years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA preferred). Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-entity operations. Confidence using tools like Xero, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI . Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. A proactive mindset with strong judgment under pressure.
