Description We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering high-quality facilities services across six schools in Victoria’s fastest-growing communities. Reporting to the New Schools PPP Project - Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead the delivery of maintenance operations and support services across multiple school sites, ensuring excellence in service and compliance. Supervise and coordinate a diverse team including School Officers, Cleaning Team Leaders, and Facilities Supervisors to foster a positive and high-performing culture. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through strategic planning and change management. Manage financial performance and risk, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to budget and compliance standards. Champion safety, quality, and sustainability through regular audits, toolbox talks, and adherence to WHS and environmental policies. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or building maintenance, with relevant trade or tertiary qualifications. Strong leadership capabilities, including staff training, supervision, and performance management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to professional behaviours and service excellence. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance and reporting systems. Required certifications including a valid Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
