Marketing Business Partner – Retirement Living Full-time - max-term contract Camberwell, VIC About the Role Are you a creative and strategic marketer who loves seeing your ideas make a real impact? We are seeking a Marketing Business Partner to lead marketing activity for our Retirement Living communities. You’ll develop and deliver brand and local area campaigns that attract new residents, strengthen community engagement, and support occupancy growth. Working closely with our sales, operations, and property teams, as well as our creative agencies - you’ll take ownership of local marketing plans, create compelling content, and drive digital and traditional campaigns that connect with our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and local marketing plans for all Retirement Living projects and communities across digital, social, and traditional media. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on-brand, high-impact campaigns that drive enquiries and occupancy. Create compelling content for websites, social media, EDMs, and marketing collateral. Support the sales team with brochures, community engagement initiatives, and targeted promotional activities. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise outcomes and ROI. Conduct regular market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy. Manage local marketing budgets and ensure activities deliver maximum value. Identify and promote positive local PR and community stories that reflect Baptcare’s values.
