Work, Health & Safety Business Partner 12-month Max term contract Camberwell, VIC We’re seeking a motivated and capable WHS Business Partner to provide hands-on coaching, education, and expert advice to our operational leaders across a range of services. About the Role As a WHS Business Partner , you’ll play a key role in embedding Baptcare’s WHS Management System across your assigned business unit. You’ll work collaboratively with leaders to build WHS capability, resolve safety issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our safety culture and systems. What You’ll Be Doing Coach and support operational leaders to implement Baptcare’s WHS Management System. Provide expert advice and practical solutions to WHS challenges. Support the execution of Baptcare’s WHS Business Plan. Facilitate regulator interactions, including inspectorate visits and notifiable incident reporting. Maintain accurate WHS data, reports, and performance metrics. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of WHS systems, procedures, and initiatives. What You’ll Bring Must have a Diploma level or higher qualification in Work, Health and Safety. Over 5 years of experience as a WHS BP or Advisor. Demonstrated experience coaching operational leaders in WHS systems, policies, and practices. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels. Working knowledge of both Victorian and Model WHS legislation. Commercial acumen and ability to balance safety and operational priorities. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
