Based out of Tullamarine , you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering safe, reliable work across metro and regional locations. We’re also looking for strong leaders to step into Crew Leader roles — guiding field crews while staying hands-on in the work. What You’ll Be Doing Performing live line Glove & Barrier work, including construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets Working across metro and regional Western and Northeastern Victoria Crew Leaders will coordinate daily work, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met — while actively working alongside the crew ✅ What You’ll Need Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent Glove & Barrier qualification and proven experience Victorian Lineworker Registration ( Orange Card ) HR Driver’s Licence High Risk Work Licences – Elevating Work Platform , Dogging , and/or Rigging Construction White Card, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant industry tickets Strong safety focus and teamwork ethic Leadership experience (Crew Leader applicants) Crane Borer (Peru) experience (highly regarded) High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator (highly regarded) Please note a rigorous pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening test will be conducted.
