About You You’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and collaborating with others. You’ll bring: A degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent). 5 years’ experience in flood and stormwater engineering. Strong skills with modelling software such as TUFLOW, RORB/WBNM, HEC-RAS, DRAINS or 12D . Experience preparing and reviewing flood studies and management plans. Confidence communicating with clients, councils, and colleagues. A proactive, mentoring approach that supports others in the team. CPEng status or desire to work towards it (ideal but not essential). About the Role You’ll take the lead on a range of flood and stormwater projects across Sydney and regional NSW. The role involves: Managing and delivering flood models, studies, and assessments. Providing technical direction and review to ensure quality outcomes. Working closely with planners, surveyors, and project managers to coordinate design solutions. Guiding and mentoring junior engineers. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
