We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our busy Forestdale team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in accuracy, and can support workshop operations by ensuring parts and materials are ready to roll. The Offer: $30ph penalty 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday Full-time position Forestdale location Onsite parking provided Family-owned business Opportunities for growth within the workshop and logistics team Supportive, down-to-earth environment The Responsibilities: Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Organise and maintain warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and safety Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely supply of parts and materials Assist with general housekeeping and compliance with K-Drive safety standards Update systems or paperwork for inbound/outbound stock movements The Candidate: Essential: Valid Forklift Licence Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking or job sheets Reliable, punctual, and organised Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed If you believe you have the right skill set and have the experience for the role, please send through a copy of your updated CV today.
