What You’ll Do Design, build, and enhance solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse . Deliver clean, efficient, and scalable components that support major national projects. Lead technical development, testing, and release management activities. Coach and mentor junior developers — helping shape technical standards and best practice. Partner closely with business analysts and stakeholders to turn ideas into working solutions. Drive continuous improvement in quality, performance, and system reliability. What You’ll Bring 3 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse . Strong hands-on knowledge of: Power Apps Portals (configuration and customisation) Model-driven and canvas apps, C#, JavaScript, HTML, PowerShell, Liquid templates Dynamics 365 (ideally Case Management) and Azure integrations Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC methodologies. Great communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy sharing knowledge and problem-solving as a team. Bonus points if you have experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, SQL, Service Queues, or Web Application Firewalls .
