We're looking for a Mid-Senior level Business Analyst to help shape the next phase of a Case Management System (CMS) implementation . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing structure and clarity to complex systems and wants to see their work make a tangible impact. You'll collaborate with project, data, and operational teams to understand how things work today and define what's needed for a more effective tomorrow. What you'll do Analyse and map current workflows across residential and clinical services. Identify and document data capture and reporting requirements for compliance, funding, and regulatory needs. Define and prioritise MVP business requirements for the new CMS. Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to validate and refine your findings. Deliver clear, visual, and practical documentation process maps, data requirements, and final recommendations. What you'll bring Proven experience as a Business Analyst (mid-senior level), ideally in the human services, community, or NFP sector . Strong process mapping and documentation skills (BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.). Familiarity with case management systems and data compliance frameworks . Excellent communication and facilitation skills you're comfortable translating between technical and operational teams. A proactive, analytical mindset and a knack for simplifying complexity.
