What You’ll Do: Lead design management across all project stages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives. Collaborate with builders, consultants, and stakeholders to drive construction program alignment, buildability reviews, and site-based coordination. Manage design deliverables, ensuring compliance with Australian standards, NCC requirements, and project-specific needs. Leverage digital engineering tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC) to optimise model-based coordination and clash detection workflows. Facilitate design meetings, workshops, and consultant engagements to resolve issues and drive project outcomes. Prepare and monitor design programs, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation. Who You Are: Essential Experience: Builder-side delivery experience or genuine project/lead architect on large-scale ($100M) live projects, managing on-site delivery and daily contractor interaction. Digital Engineering Expertise: Experience coordinating BIM deliverables within a CDE (e.g. ACC, Aconex, SharePoint) and managing model-based workflows. Required Operational Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in construction program alignment, buildability reviews, and site-based coordination. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
