Position Title: Administration Assistant Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 32 hours per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role Description Heathcote Health is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person for this exciting role within our Corporate Services team. The position is responsible for providing administrative support to internal level meetings of Heathcote Health, including timely preparation & communication of agendas, papers & minutes and the facilitation of follow-up actions. The position will also be available to support with day-to-day administration tasks throughout the Corporate Services team, including the backfill of Reception and Aged Care Liaison. The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment and have excellent communication skills. About you Proven ability to provide timely administrative support High level of computer and data entry skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite Familiarity with Health based systems; Power BI, VHIMS/Riskman, MANAD, Convene, Prompt. Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines, whilst providing a high level of attention to detail. High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in providing high level customer service. Understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.
