About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. About the Role The Digital Operations Officer is a key member of the Supreme Court's Digital Litigation Team. The role ensures that hearings run smoothly by coordinating the practical and technical arrangements for digital, hybrid and in-person hearings. Officers contribute to the Court's commitment to accessibility, efficiency and continuous improvement, while supporting innovation in courtroom operations. Each officer may focus on areas such as courtroom allocations, digital hearing operations or reform projects, enabling the Court to deliver reliable services and adapt to evolving needs. Key accountabilities include: Providing reliable operational support for digital, hybrid and in-person hearings, including courtroom setups and digital platform connections (Webex, Zoom) Delivering guidance and first-line user support for the Court's digital hearing tools and eTrial systems Managing courtroom allocations, hearing logistics and resource planning, liaising with judges, chambers and registry staff Monitoring and troubleshooting digital hearings, escalating issues where required, and assisting with equipment management Contributing to digital reform initiatives, testing new tools, providing operational feedback, and helping develop training and process improvements About You To succeed as a Digital Operations Officer, you will bring: Strong organisational and coordination skills, with experience supporting service delivery or operational functions in a busy environment Confidence using digital platforms (such as Webex, Zoom and document management systems) and the ability to provide first-line user support Clear and respectful communication skills, with the ability to work closely with judges, chambers staff and colleagues Problem-solving ability to manage logistical and technical challenges during hearings A collaborative approach, with reliability and adaptability in a team environment Qualifications and experience: Previous experience in business improvement, operational coordination or service delivery in a legal, court or government setting is highly regarded Tertiary studies in business administration, law or government, or a Certificate IV in Government (Court Services), are desirable but not essential How to apply Click the ‘Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application: resume a short cover letter Other information CSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group.
