Who you are You’re an experienced System Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You love solving technical problems, supporting people, and ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Humanforce, assisting with day-to-day IT needs while playing a critical role in our cloud migration projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused Internal IT function that is passionate about uplift, automation, and efficiency. Please note: We are only accepting applications based in Sydney for this particular role as you will be expected to support our North Sydney based office team. What you will do Manage and resolve internal IT tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Support AV systems, internal IT equipment, and day-to-day operational technology needs across the organisation. Play a key role in major transformation projects including our on-prem to cloud migration, user management transition, and device migration to a new MDM platform. Configure, monitor, and maintain internal systems — including servers, networks, firewalls, software, and hardware. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution. Set up accounts, onboard new users, and maintain documentation and access controls. Ensure smooth deployment of new applications and assist with driving automation across internal IT processes. What you’ll need Relevant degree, technical qualification, or equivalent industry experience. Experience as a Systems Administrator within a multi-site or scaling technology environment. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server, AD, Linux, Mac, networking, and MDM tools. Proven ability to support a 300-person desktop computing environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly explanations. Strong problem-solving skills with experience analysing complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines without compromising accuracy or service quality. Some ‘nice to haves’ Reporting and presentation capabilities. Experience with password management tools. AV technology support skills. Experience working with Kandji or Jamf.
