Your Team Working within our newly established Claims Value Stream which brings together our Technical and Operational teams to establish a Guidewire Centre of Excellence. Engaging with several fellow Guidewire developers and technical experts who have a passion for delivering quality solutions for the ClaimCenter application. Your Role you will collaborate with members from across the IT and Operations business to design and deliver meaningful change both tactical and strategic. Pairing your enthusiasm for outcomes with our best in class claims technology, we are looking for you to act as an internal technical mentor and consultant to drive leading edge claims technology. You will be primarily working on maintenance of Guidewire Claim Center application at Hollard Key Responsibilities Devise or modify technical solutions to solve problems on Guidewire ClaimCenter. Configure solutions for Integrations into and out of ClaimCenter Design, code, test, debug and document programs Collaborate with IT management, project or maintenance team members and other team members to evaluate, design, and provide technical solutions that support the architecture strategy and otherwise contribute to the delivery of cost-effective business solutions Triage and undertake root-cause analysis of support incidents and issues Responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing the claimcentre platform About You Strong Guidewire Insurance Suite experience, specifically expertise with ClaimCenter. Experience with Guidewire Cloud and awareness of Guidewire Cloud Platform and associated services Extensive knowledge and demonstrated ability with GOSU (or Java) programming Hands on experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing concepts and tools like GUnit, Selenium, etc. is required Guidewire professional certifications are mandatory Working at Hollard At Hollard, you’ll discover an environment where you can truly make an impact.
