What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision, leading integrated campaign development, and delivering innovative content and platform-native ideas that drive engagement, relevance, and cultural impact no matter the brands you’re working with. Responsibilities Lead the creative vision and execution across always-on and campaign-based content for a globally recognized brand. Drive social-first, platform-native ideas rooted in culture, community, and emerging trends — especially those connected to influencer and creator ecosystems. Serve as the creative lead on pitches, partnering closely with strategy and business leads to win new opportunities. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, copywriters, designers, and content creators — nurturing a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Build and grow trusted client relationships at the senior level by delivering smart, creative, and effective work. Work in lockstep with cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, and Production to ensure cohesive delivery and breakthrough ideas. Collaborate with influencer and talent partners to develop branded content that elevates the brand’s presence and emotional connection to its audience. What We’re Looking For 7 years of creative leadership experience, including social-first campaigns, branded content, and influencer-driven work. A keen understanding of how to develop ideas for social channels and the passion to push boundaries while staying grounded in brand strategy. Proven ability to lead large-scale integrated campaigns from concept to execution — across paid, owned, and earned channels. Experience directing high-level clients, confidently presenting and selling work that drives business and creative objectives. Hands-on skills in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a clear point of view on design and art direction. A finger on the pulse of culture, technology, and emerging social platforms — with the ability to translate trends into brand relevance. Strong storytelling and communication skills — you can inspire teams and clients alike. A proactive mindset and the emotional intelligence to lead with both swagger and humility.
