The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate General Practitioner to join our team in the Mildura region and surrounds . As a GP with Access Aged Care , you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, person-centred care. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, allowing you to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and facility teams. What we offer Competitive Pay: Earn $2,000 per day for an 8-hour workday. Collaborative Support: Work with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin support. Manageable Caseload : See approximately 25 patients per day, focusing on quality care. Flexible Schedule: Part-time role, 1 to 2 days per week, with the potential for increased hours as the region expands. No after hours or weekend work : Enjoy true work–life balance. Requirements Current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist) with no conditions. Please note: overseas applicants are not eligible for this role. Availability of 1–2 weekdays per week to begin with, with the opportunity to increase as the region continues to grow. Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software packages. A personal laptop is is required to perform the duties of this role.
