Due to sustained business growth, they are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team based in Guildford. HSE Advisor Guildford Location $90,000 - $114,000 Super Allowances Monday to Friday, Flexible start time Permanent, full-time opportunity What will this position entail? Provide hands-on HSE support to Perth metro and regional teams, ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures. Mentor leaders and workgroups to strengthen safety culture and adherence to HSE management systems. Facilitate and support incident investigations, ensuring preventative measures are implemented. Assist in developing and improving HSE systems, procedures, and training programs to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in safety meetings, Toolbox talks, and site inspections to promote proactive hazard management and awareness. Promote a positive, safety-first culture and continuous improvement across the business. How can I be successful for the role? Previous experience working in HSE, ideally within the mining and resources industry Knowledge on safety management plans, incident investigations and strategy improvements Full unrestricted working rights in Australia Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
