BE part of the change In this role you will oversee and look at optimisation of all warehousing operations across our multiple locations, as well as leading and supporting a team of 10. In addition: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of warehouse staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence through training, development, and performance management. Implement and streamline robust inventory control systems and processes, including the execution of regular audits to ensure accuracy and accountability. Oversee the transition to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to warehouse operations. Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and assets, maintaining a secure and compliant environment. Evaluate and optimise warehouse layouts to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency. Identify, monitor, and mitigate health and safety risks, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining adherence to all relevant standards and legislation. BE part of the solution Demonstrated leadership in managing warehouse operations and teams. Extensive experience with SAP systems, including successful implementation projects. Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (degree preferred). CIPS certification desirable. Process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency. Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems and database tools. Deep understanding of warehousing KPIs, with hands-on experience in setting, monitoring, and optimising performance metrics.
