About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our South Australian team, supporting our Regional Sales & Business Development Manager (SA/WA/NT). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering meaningful solutions to clients in diverse industries. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering support and tailored solutions. Assist with regional sales planning, marketing activities, and trade event coordination. Conduct 10–15 customer visits weekly, including 3 new client meetings. Prepare accurate reports, maintain CRM data, and contribute to regional sales plans. Collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights, leads, and strategies. Represent Alcolizer professionally, upholding our reputation for reliability and innovation. About You You’re confident, resourceful, and passionate about helping organisations make safer, more responsible choices. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a dynamic team. You’ll bring: A degree in Business, Science, Management or Marketing (desirable). Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
