What You'll Do as an Area Lead As the Area Lead, you’ll: Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision-making Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region Champion a strong culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence Why This Role is for You If you were in this role last week, you might have: Facilitated Area meetings and contributed to national leadership forums Supported Team Leaders with performance conversations and action planning Worked with the Engagement Team on local marketing initiatives Engaged in your own professional development and mentoring others Laughed with your colleagues and celebrating team wins.
