I’m looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join my team at Strive to Thrive Therapy , someone who wants meaningful work, balanced caseloads and genuine support. You’ll have autonomy in your day, predictable scheduling, and the support you need to deliver high-quality care. Who I’m looking for: An AHPRA-registered OT with around 2–5 years of experience in adult community or NDIS work (or strong interest in it). Someone who communicates clearly, works with kindness and curiosity, and wants a role that feels purposeful without burning out.
