Responsibilities / What You’ll Do Your focus is to increase product sales volume, expand market share, secure new customers, and support existing accounts. You will manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools, conduct market and performance reviews, and represent the company at industry events when required. Account management and defending existing business. You are starting with over $5M in business Identify and secure new business across Tier 2 and 3 builders, giving you the opportunity to grow an already valuable customer base Manage and execute a structured territory plan, allowing you to see the results of your hard work firsthand Strengthen relationships with key builders and contractors to defend and expand your market position in Victoria Drive sales of doors and accessories, increasing share of wallet and profitability with each customer Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve What You’ll Need / Who You Are Field sales experience within the building or hardware industry.
