ABOUT THE ROLE - This position reports to the Used Cars Sales Manager and the primary function is to assist the Used Cars Sales Manager with the direction of sales consultants, managing the floor and help generate vehicle sales and represent yourself, the dealership and the products to the highest of standards. YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION; Helping the team schedule sales appointments and managing customer walk-ins Utilising company DMS and ensuring the team use it proficiently and accurately Assisting with CarSales ads and inventory Presenting vehicles and ensuring all staff are following a process to highlight product specifications and key features Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations Motivate and guide the sales team to qualify customers on walk-in or upon lead Taking ownership of the department when the Sales Manager is on Rostered Day Off or annual leave Assisting the Sales Manager with daily sales activities Actively sourcing current vehicle values WE ARE LOOKING FOR; An experienced or senior level Dealership Sales Consultant looking to take the next step in their career or existing Used Cars 2IC Has integrity and ambition to exceed targets Able to comfortably and effectively close and assist in closing a sale Can work as a leader on the floor and work with the data in the back end Understands the sales operations of a dealership Strong communication and negotiation skills Computer literate A history of successful sales results Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills A team player who can inspire and lead others How to APPLY - Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
