About the Role As a Project Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians delivering electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects. You'll oversee project planning, execution, and resource management to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and on budget. The role includes managing supply, installation, and commissioning activities across multiple sites, while supporting your team through effective communication, leadership, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Manage procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling across multiple active sites Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Lead and mentor technicians to build capability, efficiency, and accountability Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction Skills & Experience Proven experience managing telecommunications, electrical, or structured cabling projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and financial control Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of network connectivity, fibre, and copper cabling systems Strategic thinker with strong organisational and time management skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within data centre or telecommunications environments ACMA or equivalent cabling licence (essential) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (preferred) PRINCE2 or PMP certification (highly regarded) Valid driver's licence Experience in digital infrastructure or construction environments (essential)
