The Finance Reform Program is leading a major initiative to replace it with Oracle and implement best practice processes. This transformation will significantly change how finance functions are performed across agencies and affect a wide range of stakeholders, including finance, ICT, and operations teams. As a Business Process Analyst, you'll help drive this transformation by supporting the system replacement and improving financial service delivery through greater efficiency and automation. In this role, you will: Define and document current financial business processes across Shared Services SA and government agencies. Support development and translation of business requirements into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions. Develop future-state processes that leverage modern system functionality and improve efficiency. Collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts to align processes with best practices. Contribute to testing, deployment, and change management activities across agencies. About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving how things work. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Masterpiece , or similar finance systems (desirable).
