About You To be a strong candidate for this position, you should have a tertiary qualification in an information technology-related field. While not essential, possessing a degree in this area and relevant Microsoft or IT industry certifications is highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as is a passion for collaborating effectively with colleagues. Along with this you will also have: On-Prem and Cloud Technologies experience. Active Directory and Application support experience. Basic understanding of ITIL framework. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Active Directory. Experience in laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting. Working knowledge of telephony solutions and network concepts and equipment. Experience in managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for task tracking and resolution. Strong End user support experience. About The Role Based in Adelaide at our Corporate Office on North Terrace, you will be responsible for timely delivery of IT operational support and project activities across all Journey Beyond Businesses. This is a 3-month contract position. Offering 38 hours/week. Key responsibilities will include: Managing laptop provisioning, including system builds and configurations, for new hires and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes. Provide technical assistance via phone, remote sessions, and in-person desk support for operating systems and organisational applications. Monitor and respond to system alerts and alarms promptly, following established procedures to ensure timely resolution. Manage and resolve tickets in the IT support queue, ensuring timely updates and resolutions in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborating with IT colleagues to implement updates, patches, and security measures Performing account administration within Active Directory, Officer 365, and other business applications.
