What you'll be doing Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for women with pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related issues Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored rehabilitation programs for each patient Educate our community and patients on the importance of pelvic health and empower them to take an active role in their recovery Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in women's pelvic health physiotherapy Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our pelvic health services Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time We’re looking for someone who: Has 3 years experience in women’s health physio (pelvic floor MSK background) Has completed APA Level 2, WHTA Level 3, or is currently doing postgrad studies Thrives in small, engaged teams and wants to collaborate — not silo Has solid clinical reasoning and isn’t afraid of tricky cases or hard conversations Wants long-term growth — both in their own career and for the future of women’s health Bonus if you: Can teach Clinical Pilates Enjoy working with perinatal, persistent pain, or complex pelvic presentations Are ready to take up space online — with support to build your thought leadership or personal brand What’s different about us: We run collaborative patient care across physio, acupuncture, naturopathy, massage, and psychology We offer hybrid care — we run a menopause and burnout program across the different disciplines We support you to grow your niche or leadership inside the business (without needing to start your own clinic) We host regular internal PD and case reviews — you’re never flying solo We’re building something meaningful, and we want people who are excited to be part of that Role Details: 30 hours (minimum 3 shifts) Salary bonus (earning potential up to $140K pro rata-ed) Flexible start date – we’re always hiring ahead Based across Newtown and Leichhardt, with some hybrid/online Current AHPRA registration required If you’re looking for a place that genuinely respects your clinical voice, champions personal growth, and lets you work with people who love women’s health as much as you do — we’d love to meet you.
