With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Dermatologist to join the Virtual Services department.  About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  About the Role: This role requires: Demonstrated expertise in managing a range of dermatological conditions and presentations Strong skills in telehealth and virtual outpatient care A clear, patient-centred communication styleâable to explain complex conditions with empathy A commitment to ongoing professional development Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to a collaborative care model  This role is responsible for: Delivering high-quality care through outpatient and virtual clinics Ensuring patients receive accurate, accessible information to support shared decision-making Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation Staying current with advances in dermatology and driving continuous improvement in care delivery Contributing to academic teaching, supervision, and research within the VVSC service  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience working in a large public health service Proven ability to work collaboratively across different specialties and clinical disciplines Demonstrated passion for patient care Well-developed communication skills  Next Steps . . .
