Identity Business Analyst - 6-Month Contract | Hybrid | Enterprise Environment About the Organisation Our client is a major public-sector organisation delivering essential services that make a lasting impact across Victoria. About the Role We're seeking an Identity Business Analyst to join a growing Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Manager IDAM, this role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll play a key part in understanding current identity processes, mapping the future state, and ensuring solutions are aligned with organisational goals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced BA with an interest in identity, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Document current processes and design clear, future-state ('to-be') workflows. Gather and translate business requirements into actionable outcomes for technical teams. Support organisational change and communication activities to drive adoption. Present information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and define priorities. Support the broader IDAM team with planning, task management, and agile practices. About You You're an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and connecting the dots between people, process, and technology. You're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and are passionate about learning more about identity security and access management. You'll bring: 10 years of business analysis experience in complex environments. Strong background in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering. Experience in or exposure to cybersecurity or identity and access management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams. Experience working with or coordinating third-party service providers. Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments highly regarded. Key Skills Process mapping and documentation. Requirements elicitation and analysis. Workshop facilitation and presentation. Data analysis and cleansing. Change management and communications (desirable).
