About the role Due to the rapid expansion of the business, they are seeking a highly experienced and capable Site Supervisor with residential experience to join their tight knit team, working on a diverse range of projects within the business. Reporting directly to the Senior Managers this is a great role for a tenatious, highly capable career oriented person! Key Responsibilities As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for; Inspect, scope and report on works required Supervise multiple projects from start to handover Coordination of subcontractors and internal trades Communicate effectively with clients, trades and office staff * Instigate and maintain WHS processes and compliance of the safety of all personnel on the worksites and much more Skills & experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role working as a Site Supervisor is essential Relevant building trade qualifications You must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen Experience working within the plumbing, carpentry or residential sector is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills An ability to work autonomously or within a team Positive, confident attitude Culture This company provides a dynamic, friendly, and innovative working environment with the business's aim to collectively work for the benefit of each other and the team!
