The Client Sitting in a high-performing retail property management division, you'll be supported by experienced leadership, modern systems, and a collaborative culture that rewards performance. The Role As a Retail Property Manager , you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a designated portfolio of retail assets. You’ll build strong tenant relationships, ensure lease compliance, manage financial performance, and work with landlords to drive portfolio value. Key responsibilities include: Full lease and asset management of a diverse retail portfolio Maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships Managing budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and capital works Overseeing arrears and rent collections Ensuring compliance with lease terms and relevant legislation The Criteria We’re looking for a confident, capable operator who can manage retail assets with professionalism and commercial acumen. To be successful, you’ll need: Ideally 2 x years of retail or commercial property management experience. Experienced assistant commercial property managers ready to take on more of a challenge are also encouraged to apply.
