Your day-to-day will include: Handle inbound business banking enquires from customers promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding banking products, and services Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries. Adhere to banking policies, compliance standards, and data protection requirements.
